Maintenance problems should be reported to the business office during the office hours: Monday through Thursday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and Friday 10:00 am to 2:30 pm at 605-226-2321 extension 1000.
Discretion in placing emergency calls after business hours and weekends should be used. Emergency is defined as life threatening, hazardous, or extreme pressing need. If a tenant requests emergency service during non-work hours and the Aberdeen Housing Authority office determines that the work was not an emergency, the Tenant will be billed for the time and travel of the maintenance personnel responding to the call.
Their on call shift starts on Monday and ends on Sunday.
